SEASONAL DRINKS ALERT | GRIND

Last week, I was lucky enough, to be invited on a tour of a few of the differnt Grinds in Central London to try out some of their new seasonal drinks. If you haven't already heard of Grind, it's a chain of Coffee Shops around London, that also specialise in cocktails and brunch! What more could you ask for in a coffee shop... well... they also have the most amazing interiors, with marble table tops, neon lights and velvet furnishings. Each Grind has a unique feel and are super Instagramable.

I got to try out the Red Velvet Hot Chocolate which was so delicious, I rarely drink hot chocolates as I usually find them to sickly, however this one was just right. It's definitely the perfect beverage to keep you toasty through the AW Season! The second seasonal drink was a Chai Latte, which I actually loved. I was surprised how much I liked it as firstly I'm not a big coffee drinker and secondly I have tried Chai Lattes before and not enjoyed them. The Grinds Chai Latte is amazing, I would recommend, its the right amount of sweet and spicy with the perfect layer of foam.

To find out more about my thoughts on the Grind head over to their blog, where I have done an interview for them! You can find out about my favourite Grind and favourite drinks. As well as the amazing offers they have through the differnt locations! Be sure to check it out and get down to a Grind to try their new seasonal drinks!

My Pamper PJ Party!

This year I turned 23,  I know I'm getting old! As normal I had plans to celebrate with friends on a night out and family on a weekend with a BBQ. However this year I decided I wanted to do something fun and silly on my actual birthday (21st Sept). So I decided to have a PJ pamper party, which involved all my friends attending in PJs, lots of snacks, prosecco, scary movies and of course face masks!

My birthday falls just after London fashion week, which is lovely as it means September is always a month of excitement and fun for me. It also means I am none stop for a week, hence why I thought a pamper party would be perfect.

If you have read any of my fashion week posts previously, you will know each season I attend the Apartment, which is a super cool hang out for influencers throughout fashion week. They also team up with some great brands, this season they had teamed up with Erno Laszlo, a luxury skincare brand. When attending the Apartment through fashion week I was lucky enough to pick up some of their amazing face masks for my pamper party.

The Masks were perfect for the party! As they were sheet masks it meant no mess, just applying the sheets to our faces! We all looked hilarious and a little scary, especially whilst watching horror films haha. They have a lovely cooling feel when applied and after leave your skin glowing! I would definitely recommend!

A massive thank you to the ladies at the Apartment for supply the masks, and of course Erno Laszlo for making them! It was a super fun day!

DAY FOUR OUTFIT
This season I was only doing 4 days of fashion week, so for me this was my last day! I opted to wear something super comfy but still cool and edgy. After walking around all over London for the last few days my feed were dead, so of course I wanted to have at least one day of comfort.

I wanted to wear something bright and fun, so decided to go with my oversized red sweater. Paired with some Nasty Gal Star jeans and a pair of silver metallic boots.

GRIND BOTTOMLESS BRUNCH
During fashion week I was lucky enough to be invited to the Holborn Grind, which is a super cool cafe that also does cocktails! My friends and I were invited for a bottomless brunch, which was the perfect break between the chaos of fashion week events.

There are a few Grind cafes and restaurants dotted around London. Each of them have wonderful chic interiors each catering to their locations. If your ever around central London, I would definitely recommend popping in to one of the grinds for their amazing coffees. They do a range of alternative coffees, such as beetroot and turmeric lattes, which are super cool!

DAY THREE OUTFIT
This look was completely based around the kimono shape jacket, I really wanted to create a edgy but chic look. As I mentioned previously I love expressing my style through fashion week and wear the looks you maybe couldn't get away with on any normal day.

I loved this look, I left like an assassin haha! I paired the kimono jacket with a black denim skirt and the most amazing pair of thigh high tight boots. They are chunky at the bottoms and tight the whole way up the leg, I mean what more could you ask for in thigh highs!

DAY TWO OUTFIT
I Love London Fashion Week, I always find its a time to really express your self through clothes and where the items that you feel you just couldn't wear day to day. I choose to wear these super wide leg check trousers, that were definitely what you would call a statement piece. I paired them with one shoulder bodysuit and a classic gucci belt.

COFFEE STOP
It wouldn't be fashion week without a traditional coffee stop and a super cute and trendy coffee shop. We have a quick stop at the Grind Covent Garden for a beetroot latte. Not only are they delicious but they are pink too, which makes them super Instagramable!
